Payment Information
Delivery & Returns
We offer delivery to your desk on campus or shipping to residential and business addresses for our family in the field. Return & Exchange Policy
We are unable to accept returns or process refunds/exchanges for items that have been purchased and taken home. Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery and feel free to try on clothing while at work.
If an item is clearly damaged after one wash, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
If you need to request an exchange or return, contact scroll.shop@jbhunt.com no later than 12pm the day after delivery.
